The Customer Service Associate II is responsible for daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. They also manage sales transactions at the cash register while ensuring a positive and safe experience for customers.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a retail or service environment. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as walking, standing, and cleaning.

As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
