Job Description Summary
Responsible for consistently delivering exceptional service that supports the hotel's mission and overall success. This role oversees front desk operations, achieves established performance objectives, and provides support to the Operations Manager. Serving as the primary point of contact for in-house guest relations during each shift, this position plays a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience. As the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel, the individual represents the brand through professional, welcoming, and responsive service.Job Description
