We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Brisbane Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities include:
Ensuring superior customer service is achieved
Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
Completing all pre and post rental procedures
Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed
Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports
Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract
Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions
Performing administration duties as required
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
High attention to detail
Sound computer literacy skills
License to drive manual vehicles (C class)
Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
