The Universal Banker delivers a comprehensive customer experience by combining teller transactions with sales and service solutions. They are responsible for acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and referring clients to other lines of business.
A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree and experience in banking or financial services preferred. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration and have strong customer service and cash handling skills.

The Universal Banker creates a positive customer relationship by effectively communicating a clear understanding of the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank’s products and services.

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary range for this position is 47,389 70 71,037, This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
