Over your 1+ years of experience in building maintenance, you’ve learned to treat buildings with care and their tenants with even greater dedication. You always look for the best way to do things and aren’t afraid to think outside the box to find the best answer. You address every request with a smile and in a timely manner, no matter how big or small, and you also know how to prioritize your multiple tasks.
We want you on board because you can work independently but are a team player, and your team and tenants trust you. That stems from you really liking people, which shows in how you interact with others and the ease with which you communicate.
