The Surveillance Shift Supervisor performs supervisory duties in the absence of the regular supervisor and ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service. They are responsible for monitoring gaming operations and ensuring compliance with the Casino Control Act and internal company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with preference given to those with education in law enforcement or criminal justice. A valid NJ CCC Key License and at least two years of experience as a Surveillance Officer are required.
