Position Overview
As a Presell Service Representative, you will represent and promote Community Coffee’s premium brand by delivering products and providing outstanding service to our existing customers. This role plays a key part in driving route profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a company vehicle to deliver products, equipment, and supplies to customers.
Rotate and merchandise products for optimal accessibility and presentation.
Collect payments and make daily bank deposits.
Load and unload products and equipment, ensuring order accuracy.
Maintain and update delivery, sales, and deposit information using a handheld computer.
Clean and perform routine maintenance on company vehicles (e.g., washing, checking oil, fluids, and tire pressure).
Communicate effectively with Presell Representatives and managers via phone, email, text, or in person.
Resolve customer concerns related to products or equipment in a timely and professional manner.
Collect empty containers, expired, unsold, or damaged merchandise according to company procedures.
May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Passing score on aptitude test required in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
Route sales and cold calling experience in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL may be required depending on location.
Acceptable driving record.
DOT medical certification required.
Successful completion of pre-employment physical
Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources

Field Sales Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be moderately loud in warehouse areas.
