The Front Desk employee is responsible for checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, and managing patient scheduling. They also maintain the EMR system and assist with various office-related administrative tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. One year of front desk experience in a medical office is desired, along with knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and Microsoft Office.
This position is eligible for Mid Atlantic Retina's $1,000 Hiring Incentive! Available to new hires only- not available to agency hires, internal transfers, or re-hires.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 40-hour work week with overtime, working hours range between 7 am and 5 pm.
