The Patient Care Liaison handles inbound calls to manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and address complaints in a professional manner. They are also responsible for entering patient data into the system and verifying insurance information.
Candidates must be available to work on-site between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Proficiency in handling high-volume calls and basic office equipment is required, with a preference for Spanish-speaking applicants.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
