Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manager, Paid Social, to join our Biddable Media team. The Manager role is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of paid social channels, campaign types, and measurement frameworks. These skills will be applied to support health and pharmaceutical client goals through day-to-day planning support, campaign development, optimization, reporting and platform execution activities.
The Manager role is critical to both daily client operations and internal team success. This role supports campaign management efforts for assigned clients, contributing to ongoing performance optimization, and helps junior team members continue building tactical and in-platform skills. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The role requires a strong understanding of push and pull marketing tactics, along with hands-on in-platform experience across social platforms and campaign types. These skills will support the following responsibilities:
• Planning: Support landscape, competitor, and trend analyses used to inform broader campaign strategies. Help curate and organize data to assess market dynamics alongside internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
• Development: Apply established in-platform best practices in account structure, targeting and delivery while executing approved strategy within self-managed campaigns. Play a supporting role in junior team member development through collaboration, training and knowledge sharing on platform settings.
• Optimization: Execute recurring optimizations to in-platform account budgets, placements and campaigns. Identify relevant optimization, growth, and testing opportunities to discuss with Supervisors.
• Stewardship: Support day-to-day call and email communications with direction from senior leadership. Partner with internal teams and agency stakeholders to curate campaign updates, performance insights, and next steps while continuing to build strategic planning and presentation skills.
• Reporting: Support recurring reporting and data analysis operations for assigned clients. Review and execute data pulls, formulas and reporting inputs while supporting Supervisors in developing performance narratives and actionable insights.
Must haves:
2-3 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on paid ad campaigns in one or more of following platforms:
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
Preferred Additional Platform Experience:
Experience working within additional paid social platforms is a plus, including:
• Reddit
• X/Twitter
• Pinterest
• YouTube
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads platform or 3rd Party API technology
• Understanding of media types (e.g.: Paid social, SEM, display, etc) and their
interconnectedness within a marketing strategy
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage large data sets
• Resourceful, curious, and motivated spirit
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability and comfort working with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred

New York:
$50,000.00-$95,000.00Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
