Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Spark Foundry team, working on one of the most exciting portfolios in consumer health. This role offers the chance to shape strategic media planning for Kenvue and its globally recognised brands including Aveeno, Neutrogena, Listerine, Nicorette and Calpol. You’ll be part of a collaborative, insight-driven team where your ideas will directly influence how these brands connect with audiences. If you’re passionate about media, brand growth, and making meaningful impact, this is a fantastic opportunity to step forward.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key day-to-day contact
• Lead media planning across a portfolio of well-known consumer health brands
• Translate insight into clear, effective, and actionable media strategies
• Collaborate with activation teams and specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
• Identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance and drive growth
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment
• Support team development and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Qualifications

• Experience in media planning across both traditional and digital channels
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
• A thoughtful, insight-led approach to problem solving and strategy
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Attention to detail alongside the ability to see the bigger picture
• A collaborative mindset and openness to different perspectives
• Curiosity about brands, audiences, and how media drives meaningful outcomes
