Ensure compliance with relevant security, licensing, fire safety and health & safety legislation, including Martyn's Law.
Build strong relationships with police, emergency services, local authorities, tenants and industry partners.
Foster a high-performing, customer-focused security culture across internal and contracted teams.

Proven experience leading 24/7 security operations, major event security and crowd safety programmes.
Strong knowledge of UK security, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing security contracts, vendors and service providers.
Credible and influential leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience working with executive teams, regulators and emergency services.
NEBOSH qualified, with relevant security qualifications such as CPP and ACT training highly desirable.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the security and safety strategy of a world-class destination, protecting people, assets and experiences while enabling Outernet's ambitious commercial and creative vision.
