Connecting youth families to special programs, events, and opportunities at the Museum.
Supporting the Lead Artist of the Artist Project to facilitate 4 art-making sessions that culminate in a collaborative installation each May with all 12 CAI partner sites.
Administrative tasks such as sharing lesson plans, tracking program attendance, collecting participant demographic information and release forms, and sharing photos and highlights from visits.
Attending a monthly, in-person, evening CAI Liaison team meeting.
CAI Liaisons must be able to meet at their clubs weekly or bi-weekly. Scheduled hours will not exceed 17.5 hours per week or a maximum of 500 hours each fiscal year (July 1—June 30). A typical visit lasts 3 hours once a week between the hours of 3-7 pm, and the Liaison has flexibility to create their own schedule within these parameters in collaboration with their partner site.
Secondary Functions:
The CAI Liaison may occasionally teach in other Audience Experience and Engagement (AEE) programs, activities and events for youth and families at the Museum.
Perform other related duties as required or directed.
