Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bogotá (on-site position), supporting the growth of the local market and helping us continue building the world’s most trusted and recognized au pair organization.
About the role In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the national marketing strategy for the Colombian market, ensuring strong alignment between brand, lead generation, and sales objectives.
You will report to the Country Product Manager (CPM) and work closely with the local sales teams and the global Digital Marketing team in Zurich to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned under a cohesive strategy and brand vision.
This role is highly focused on campaign coordination, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help connect offline marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, digital campaigns, organic social media, email communications, and local activations to ensure all channels work together in a consistent and impactful way.
While you will not directly execute digital campaigns or operational lead generation activities, you will play a key role in shaping local strategy, providing market insights, coordinating campaign priorities, and ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts nationwide.
You will also lead a local marketing team composed of:
2 Business Developers
1 Social Media & Community Coordinator
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Sales Representatives across the country to ensure Cultural Care is represented as one strong and consistent brand across all cities and initiatives.
This is a dynamic and collaborative role for someone who enjoys strategy, coordination, leadership, and building integrated marketing campaigns that create real business impact.

Requirements & experience
At least 1 year of experience working in marketing, campaign coordination, brand marketing, lead generation, or related areas
At least 1 year of experience leading or managing teams
Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience working with offline marketing initiatives such as events, activations, or partnerships
Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance analysis
Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to connect strategy with execution and business goals
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proven ability to coordinate initiatives that drive measurable business impact
It will be a plus if you have
International experience (study abroad, work experience, or living abroad)
Experience working with Gen Z audiences or youth-focused brands
Experience in education, exchange programs, travel, or international environments
Experience coordinating ambassador, influencer, or organic social media initiatives
What you will do
Lead and coordinate the national marketing strategy for the Colombian market
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team in Zurich to align local and global campaigns
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across offline, digital, and organic channels
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities
Support the coordination of local email and communication campaigns connected to national initiatives
Coordinate local events, activations, and partnership strategies together with the Business Developers and Sales Representatives
Lead and support the local marketing team
Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all cities and channels
Analyze local market trends, campaign performance, and lead quality to identify growth opportunities
