About the Role

The Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator will support the Corporate Marketing team with both creative design and administrative tasks, playing a vital role in communicating our brand and delivering consistent, high-quality content across platforms. Each day will present new opportunities for this role to collaborate, create, and contribute to the success of Pond’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Work

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including (but not limited to):
• Long-format documents (e.g., proposals, reports, manuals)
• PowerPoint presentations
• Video illustrations
• Print and digital brochures
• Advertisements and digital media assets
• Interactive PDFs and illustrations
• Conference booth materials (Pull-up banners or other booth displays)
• Collaborate with marketing team members and technical staff to create compelling, on-brand content that communicates Pond’s messaging effectively.
• Translate technical or complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
• Apply creative thinking to solve visual communication challenges and present ideas that align with project goals.
• Stay current on design trends and software capabilities; serve as a resource for design best practices and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and templates.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as needed.
• Manage the headshot update process, ensuring all staff profiles remain current.
• Track and support the shipment process for company store orders.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal marketing systems such as the company intranet, swag store, and branded templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design or marketing support role (AEC industry experience a plus).
• This Role requires B2/C1 or higher English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
