Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Operation Executive to join our team in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Implement income recognition process which include tasks spanning across internal systems such as eGlobal, DITTO, OTRS, Bridger/ OFAC and FileNet.
• Contribute to client service delivery support projects (including but not limited to marketing and events, business template and market report updating) as team members and/ or leader of one or more workstreams within the project and see to its completion.
• Use knowledge and business acumen to provide consultative advice and recommendations within Operation area.
• Operate independently and with initiative according to established standards and principles.
• Ensure the non-negotiable processes and policies to be executed and meet the KPIs.
• Undertake other tasks as might be delegated by supervisor.

Client Ownership

• Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Networks with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise.

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

• Demonstrate familiarity and/or ease with technology systems, especially around data input tasks, demonstrate accuracy, prudence and confidentiality when handling data.
• Able to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to business operations.
• Typically possess demonstrable business experience (or equivalent), as well as in-depth knowledge and interest in operation. 
• Experience with marketing and event management is a plus.
