The Business Systems Analyst assists in validating system and user needs, documenting requirements, and preparing functional specifications. They also participate in quality assurance, facilitate training, and manage product backlogs for custom-developed products.
Candidates should have effective communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and experience with software development lifecycles. Familiarity with UX principles, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office is required, with co-op or relevant experience preferred.
