Manage a caseload of cancer patients by providing personalized education, clinical support, and care coordination from diagnosis through survivorship. Facilitate communication between members and providers while addressing psychosocial and financial barriers to care.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), an active RN license, and a minimum of 3 years of oncology nursing experience. Must hold an active ONCC Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) and be based in the Dallas area.

Job Overview
The ONN serves as a dedicated clinical partner for members navigating a cancer diagnosis, providing personalized education, care coordination, and ongoing support throughout the treatment and survivorship journey.
Dallas, TX — hybrid position. Candidates must be Dallas area based with the ability to work in-house up to five days per week depending on business need. Remote days require a private, secure home workspace free from other employment, caregiving, or school obligations during working hours.
