This role combines strategic account management, business development, and client advisory responsibilities. Success is achieved through building executive relationships, developing strategic accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and delivering measurable business outcomes while supporting clients’ long-term workforce and business objectives.
This role is based in our Chicago, IL office.

Working closely with colleagues across Human Capital, Commercial Risk, Aon Japan, U.S. Account Service Teams, and global Aon teams, you will help bring the best of Aon to Japanese multinational clients operating in the U.S. and globally.
In this role, you will build executive-level relationships while helping to achieve measurable business growth objectives. Acting as a Strategic Account Manager, you will bring together multiple solution capabilities to create value for clients and uncover new opportunities. Leveraging the strength of JGS, Aon Japan, and Aon’s global network, you will guide clients through complex challenges, foster long-term partnerships, and drive disciplined execution against account and growth goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $170,000-$185,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
