The Strategic Transformation Program Manager will oversee the MSNA transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective project execution. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to monitor project status, manage risks, and provide actionable insights through executive reporting.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, or consulting. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
The Strategic Transformation Program Manager will play a key role in driving visibility, governance, and execution across the MSNA transformation portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive view of transformation initiatives, integration programs, and strategic projects spanning both Mars and Legacy Kellanova organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, functional transformation teams, and integration stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic priorities, effectively resourced, and delivering intended business outcomes.
This is a temporary assignment through December 2027.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
