Full job description
About the job you’re considering
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity to join our team as a SIAM Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for leading the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function across our client ecosystem, ensuring the effective governance, integration, and performance of services delivered by multiple internal and external suppliers.
As a SIAM Manager, you will lead the Service Integration and Management function across the multi-supplier environment, driving effective governance, supplier performance, service integration, and continual service improvement. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, ServiceNow stakeholders, and internal teams to establish strong collaborative relationships, ensure alignment to the SIAM operating model, and deliver consistent, business-focused service outcomes.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
You will be responsible for overseeing supplier governance, managing service risks and dependencies, driving accountability across service providers, and ensuring that end-to-end services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with contractual and business expectations. Through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, you will champion service excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the service ecosystem.
Accountable for the overall Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function and operating model across the multi-supplier ecosystem.
Lead supplier governance, service reviews, and performance management to ensure effective end-to-end service integration, delivery, and accountability.
Drive collaboration and alignment across customers, suppliers, ServiceNow stakeholders, and internal teams.
Lead governance forums and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, informed decision-making, and effective service performance reporting.
Drive continual service improvement, innovation, and opportunities to enhance service quality, value, and customer outcomes.
Oversee service transitions, supplier onboarding and offboarding, compliance, service risks, escalations, cross-supplier dependencies, and adoption of new services and operating models.
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in SIAM and Service Integration leadership roles within complex multi-supplier environments.
Strong knowledge of SIAM principles, ITIL practices, service management processes, governance frameworks, and supplier integration models.
Experience establishing and improving SIAM operating models, governance structures, and service integration frameworks.
Proven ability to drive supplier performance, service accountability, and continual service improvement, including management of KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, XLAs, and service integration metrics.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills, with experience chairing governance forums and managing supplier relationships.
Experience working with ServiceNow, supporting service transitions, supplier onboarding and offboarding, organisational change, governance compliance, and cross-functional service delivery.
