Operate machinery to shape and cut reinforcing bars and utilize overhead cranes for material movement. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe workplace culture.
Candidates should have a safety-focused mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically active work. Prior experience operating machinery is required, while overhead crane experience and an HR Truck License are preferred.

Based at our Wollongong site and reporting to the Shift Team Leader, you will join a high performing team as an Operator.
In this role, you’ll contribute to business success while gaining hands-on experience in steel processing and distribution. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving KPIs while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday afternoon shifts from 1:50pm – 9:26pm.
The hourly EBA rate is $32.08/hr + 15% afternoon shift allowance.
