The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the cleanliness, functional operability, and general upkeep of the school's physical building and grounds. This includes performing handyman repairs, overseeing contractors, and supporting school events with equipment setup and teardown.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relatable experience, preferably in a school setting. A valid fingerprint clearance and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds, are required.
About The Role
The Maintenance Technician will support the school and is responsible for coordinating various facility and operational aspects critical to providing a thriving educational environment to our students and staff. Through detailed attention to the cleanliness and functional operability of the physical school building, the Maintenance Technician is an important part of the campus team. Resourceful in solving problems and proactive in addressing potential issues, the maintenance technician maintains equipment and addresses facility needs with minimal direction.
