The role is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, including interior and exterior walls, doors, and windows. Additional duties include surface preparation, drywall repair, and coordinating large painting projects.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Painter. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds are required.

Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments
Interior and exterior wall painting and repair Door and window frame painting
Wall paper removal and wall board repair
Tape and mud drywall
Match paint and texture
Wood deck and furniture refinishing, painting and staining Ceiling grid and tile painting
Epoxy painting
Building paint log set up
Clean room painting
Able to patch and sand in a timely and efficient manner
Some knowledge or ability to learn brushing, rolling, taping and topping
Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers
Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers
Strong customer service skills
Have basic painting tools
Works well with others and follows guidelines
Provide proof of work status eligibility
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Professional, precise and detail oriented
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Journeyman Painters - Minimum 3+ years experience
Work Environment
Safety glasses required while performing certain tasks Fast paced work environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments, and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, paint and noise.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds of office or facilities equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install rigging/lifting devices.
