Requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree and over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management within the resources sector. Must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, P&L management experience, and a deep understanding of the Western Australian market.
We are seeking an experienced Director Engineering to lead, build and grow the multi-disciplinary Engineering Design team across our Australia West Business Unit. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering business performance objectives through a strong focus on client outcomes, safety, quality, employee engagement, and sound technical and commercial decision making.
Working closely with Directors of Engineering across Sedgman’s global business, the Director, Engineering, Perth will provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering resource pool, including people, systems, technology and assets, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of client valued engineering services.
