The project:
Hyperscale Data Centre – West London
This is a large-scale, high-tech construction project focused on delivering a state-of-the-art hyperscale data centre facility. The role will involve overseeing MEP commercial operations and financial governance across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and successful delivery.

• Mentoring, coaching and developing your project team and provide an environment to share knowledge and experience.
• Actively networking, innovating and seeking understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre and knowledge hub.
• Providing expert technical advice and leadership support to Delivery Teams, creating a culture of ownership, promoting roles and responsibilities.
You’ll also have
• Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the data centre or high-tech construction sector.
• Deep construction and MEP commercial management expertise.
• Strong MEP commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
