The Foreman leads installation crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on foundation repair and waterproofing projects. They are responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing project budgets, and providing on-the-job training to team members.
Candidates must have experience leading crews or small teams and possess basic construction or mechanical knowledge. A valid, non-restrictive driver's license is required, along with the physical stamina to perform strenuous labor in confined spaces.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor and develop your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting our customers’ homes. The Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. The Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Foreman monitors the progress of a project and keeps it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership experience would be a great fit for this position.
