We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Maintenance Technician to our Grandview Pointe properties with a combined 54 units. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the performing inspections and basic repairs or preventative maintenance. To do well in this role you will display pride in your work and enjoy day-to-day maintenance problem-solving using your skills and various hand and power tools. The Maintenance Technician takes pride in the community and motivates others to do the same.

This position is very active, with occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 80 pounds. Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasional outside weather condition exposure. This job may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours, to support emergency repairs.
