This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of capital improvement projects, ensuring successful outcomes in scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex construction projects from initiation through closeout.
