The Lead Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems to preserve perishable goods. This includes monitoring equipment performance, maintaining records, and collaborating with store leadership on maintenance schedules.
Requires a high school diploma and at least seven years of vocational training or certification in refrigeration or HVAC. A valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
Lead Refrigeration Technician
The Lead Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems and ensures the proper functioning of refrigeration equipment to preserve perishable goods and maintain optimal store operations.
*Work is not closely supervised and is governed by standardized work routines that permit the use of initiative, and typically has an impact through the provision of activities that require technical understanding or through the provision of administrative support of a facilitative or interpretive nature.
Job Responsibilities:
Experience:
HS Diploma and seven or more (7+) years of vocational training or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Certifications
Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Physical Demands
Supports retail store requests for maintenance or repair, often driving from one store location to another.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a retail store environment. Frequent travel is required. Ability to work extended and irregular hours, as required, in support of the Company’s business needs, to include rotating on-call shifts.
Must be at least 18-years old.
