The Mid-Level Architect is responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables from the concept phase through to construction documents. They will manage individual projects or packages of work ensuring adherence to design standards and statutory requirements.
Candidates must be Part II Qualified with 1-3 years of experience in the commercial sector, preferably with hotel and restaurant projects. Proficiency in AutoCad and a working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods are required.
The Mid-Level Architect will be responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables from concept through to specification and construction documents. Working on one large, or multiple smaller projects overseen by the Principal/ Project Architect on tasks and deliverables to ensure the successful completion of the projects.
