The Duty Manager supervises daily museum activities and a team of 7-10 staff to ensure operational goals and customer satisfaction are met. They are responsible for handling guest complaints, maintaining museum cleanliness, and ensuring all rules and procedures are followed.
Candidates must have proven experience in customer-facing roles and a track record of leading a team of at least five employees. Proficiency in English and the ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills are required.

A Shift supervises overviews both the daily activities and 7-10 museum staff performance during their shift. They are responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction during visits, ensuring the museums’ exhibits are operating as expected, and handling requests or complaints, when needed.
