The Assistant Gallery Leader provides leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality luxury experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for setting strategy, coaching teams, and executing brand standards with an unwavering commitment to quality.
Candidates must have over 5 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail, with interior design experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in modern technology like iPads and Macs.
