Responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging ready-to-eat food items in a high-pace environment. Ensures strict adherence to quality, sanitation, and food safety standards while operating production equipment.
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in wet and cold conditions. Prior experience in production, warehouse, or food processing is preferred along with knowledge of allergens and scales.

CP Fresh brings the same quality to processed foods that Charlie's brings to produce! Our state of the art processing plant provides fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, an expanded salad line, and a USDA-certified hot kitchen. We partner with local vendors to offer our customers fresh, high- quality, made-to-order products.
With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community- we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce and prepared foods.
This role is an on-site position and requires regular attendance at the facility and is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging ready to eat items. Working in a high pace environment while maintaining high standards for quality, sanitation and food safety. Working in a team base department.
Schedule: 4:00am-12:30pm weekend availability is required.
