Manage the procurement of fruits, seeds, and tree nuts by developing sourcing strategies and conducting market analysis. Lead supplier selection, contract execution, and process improvements to ensure supply continuity and cost-effectiveness.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel is preferred, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, you will manage the purchasing of fruits, seeds, and tree nuts with consideration to price, quality, logistics, reliability, and supply continuity. You will be responsible for market analysis, supplier management, negotiations, contract strategy and execution, master data stewardship, transactional support, and reporting. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify value opportunities, develop supply strategies, improve processes, and maintain strong supplier relationships that support business objectives. You will develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for assigned ingredients in alignment with approved procurement programs, ensuring internal customer needs are met through effective supplier selection, contract management, risk mitigation, and value-focused purchasing decisions.

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
