The technician is responsible for applying pesticides and fertilizers, identifying plant health issues, and performing stump removal. They must also communicate with customers, conduct property evaluations, and maintain equipment and safety standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid Class C driver's license and the ability to perform heavy outdoor labor. A Class A CDL and a Certified Pesticide Applicator License are preferred.
