Market Development Representative II--Vegetable Seed
Bayer Vegetable Seed Business: This role includes a structured training component in which you partner closely with highly experienced Market Development Representatives (MDRs) to build your technical, trialing, and product positioning capabilities in preparation for potential future territory ownership. You also serve as a flexible technical resource across the Eastern US, providing support during peak trialing periods, customer events, and training engagements. As a result, you are expected to travel extensively (40–50%) and rapidly integrate into different regional teams and diverse vegetable cropping systems to create value for customers and internal stakeholders.
This role will cover Western, New York for our Bayer Vegetable Seed Business
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $73,600.00- $110,400.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
