Wat ga je doen?
Voor onze Operations afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleider. Als teamlead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een deel van het team (10-15 mensen). Jullie zorgen er gezamenlijk voor dat onze operationele processen voor de verwerking van o.a. onze volmacht- en maatschappijpolissen op rolletjes verloopt. Daarnaast coordineer je de samenwerking met ons centrale servicecenter in Warschau en speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van verschillende operationele processen binnen onze organisatie.
Leidinggeven aan een deel van ons Operations team.
Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming en de doorstroming van de werkvoorraad binnen het team.
Je onderhoudt pro-actief contact met andere operations collega’s, brokers en accountmanagement
Je bent onderdeel van ons transformatieteam en werkt mee aan het verbeteren van interne processen en workflows en komt tevens met nieuwe ideeen tav efficiciencyverbeteringen.
Je coordineert en monitoort de samenwerking met ons servicecenter in Warschau dat diverse operationele processen voor ons uitvoert.
Je neemt de lead in centralisatieprocessen voor werkzaamheden die centraal uitgevoerd kunnen worden binnen ons Centrale Service Team en/of ons servicecenter in Warschau.
Minimaal 5 jaar operationele werkervaring en ervaring in leidinggeven, bij voorkeur in de verzekeringsindustrie
Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
Je kunt goed overweg met MS Office en hebt het vermogen om je nieuwe systemen snel eigen te maken
Een analytische mindset en plezier in puzzelen, uitzoeken en oplossen van vraagstukken
Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling
