The Senior Implementation Project Consultant manages technical integrations and system setups for new and existing customers from conception to Go-Live. They act as a technical liaison between customer IT teams and internal developers while facilitating project meetings and process improvements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 4 years of technical project management experience. Proficiency with TMS software and the ability to travel up to 20% are required for this role.
C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Project Consultant. The Senior Implementation Project Consultant is responsible for managing the technical integration and system setup for C.H. Robinson implementation projects from conception to Go Live & support (sales to operations). The Senior Implementation Project Consultant will focus primarily on the onboarding of new business and will also support projects for current customers as needed. Daily tasks will focus on the documentation of customer requirements, regularly coordinate with the Project Manager, collaborate with IT resources to electronically integrate customer systems, configure internal systems, and aid in the communication of project progress.
