POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator supports employees and HR operations across the organization. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee questions, manages the HR ticketing system, assists with leave and benefits administration, and maintains employee records in ADP Workforce Now. The HR Coordinator provides exceptional customer service while supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a hybrid position based out of our Minnetonka, MN office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Support & HR Operations
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leave, payroll, HR policies, and general employment matters.
• Resolve routine HR requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify trends in employee inquiries and recommend process improvements.
• Support HR projects and operational initiatives.
Benefits & Leave Administration
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and benefits-related questions.
• Support leave administration, including employee communication and documentation.
• Provide guidance on available leave programs and direct employees to appropriate resources.
HRIS & Employee Data Management
• Manage and monitor the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution of employee inquiries.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation within ADP Workforce Now.
• Process employee job changes, promotions, transfers, compensation increases, and other employment updates.
• Ensure employee data is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
Onboarding & Compliance
• Support onboarding activities, including employment documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination.
• Complete, review, and maintain Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee services, HR operations, benefits administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing an HR ticketing system or employee support function preferred.
• Experience supporting leave administration and employee benefits inquiries preferred.
• Strong experience using ADP Workforce Now, including employee data management, personnel actions, compensation changes, and reporting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology systems.
