The Direct Support Professional ensures the safe and efficient operation of an emergency shelter while providing client-centered support to individuals facing homelessness. Key duties include maintaining a positive environment, enforcing shelter policies, documenting incidents, and assisting with daily facility maintenance.
Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of experience in shelter, mental health, or substance use support. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

We’re seeking a Direct Support Professional who’s ready to make a difference every day. They will be responsible for ensuring the functions of the program are met while providing services that are safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and client-centered.
This is a hands-on role, primarily scheduled Thursday - Saturday: 3PM to 11PM & Sunday 7AM to 3PM
