The Care Coordinator manages client services, including transportation, scheduling, and supervision within a therapeutic facility. They are responsible for maintaining accurate EMR documentation, facilitating group activities, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting. A valid driver's license and First-Aid/CPR certification are required for this role.
