By being part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in a hybrid setup, in Bucharest or Brasov.
How you'll make an impact:
Solving situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures;
Offering information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters;
Ensuring the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager;
Processing transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems;
Developing good client relationships and raising in time the risks related to client management/satisfaction.
Experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll Operations, preferably supporting employees in Romania and/or the UK;
Good understanding of Romanian labor legislation; exposure to UK payroll and employment regulations is considered a strong advantage;
Previous experience working in a multinational or shared services environment;
Good communication skills in English (B2 level required), both written and spoken;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data, payroll-related documentation, and HR processes;
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Client-focused mindset with good stakeholder management abilities;
Proactive attitude, accountability, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
