Overview: We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category management across a range of indirect spend areas, including HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Travel, Contingent Workforce (contractors/outsourcing) and Operations. You will drive sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and manage the contract lifecycle from start to finish. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver real cost savings and operational improvements. You will also coordinate contract reviews across Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and other teams, keeping things moving and removing bottlenecks. We expect you to bring a data-driven mindset and a comfort with AI and digital tools to sharpen procurement decisions. Salary: 130 000 - 170 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and open for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly align with the role’s requirements
