Support the global tax function by preparing indirect tax filings and ensuring compliance across multiple international jurisdictions. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to manage audits, reporting requirements, and process improvements.
Requires a degree in accounting, finance, or tax with professional experience in indirect tax filings and global accounting firms. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and comfortable using generative AI tools to optimize tax workflows.

Precisely is an AI-first organization. All employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate their work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in their day-to-day workflows, able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.
You will support our global tax function with a focus on indirect tax compliance, including value added tax, goods and services tax, property tax, and annual reporting requirements. You will work across multiple countries, including Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India, Singapore, and others. We rely on you to help ensure accurate and timely filings while maintaining strong documentation for audit readiness. You will collaborate closely with tax, treasury, and accounting team colleagues, as well as external advisors. You will also contribute to improving how we manage tax processes, data, and reporting.
Salary: 110 000 - 147 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and open for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly align with the role’s requirements
