With our partners at Fairview Health Services, Ebenezer provides access throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Florida to a full range of senior housing options, community-based programs and medical care. Ebenezer Fairview is a not-for-profit senior health care service in Minnesota. Fairview is redefining the delivery of health care through an integrated health network, providing care from prevention and disease management to treatment of the most complex of life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Fairview's mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve. We commit our skills and resources to the benefit of the whole person by providing the finest in health care while addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals and their families.
