About this role

Job Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key player in supporting our Director of Outreach & Sales to achieve and maintain full occupancy in our vibrant senior housing community. You'll provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. This role is based primarily within our welcoming community, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact every day.

 

Schedule & Compensation:

  • 80 hours per two weeks
  • Day shift 
  • Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve and maintain full occupancy.

  • Follow guidelines, update materials, understand trends.
  • Schedule tours, pre-close sales, maintain databases and reports.
  • Manages wait list 

Promote positive customer relations.

  • Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home 
  • Guide transitions, maintain relationships, update records.
  • Maintains database of contact records up-to-date 
  • Assists residents and their family members through the moving process 

Serve as a resource to senior residents/tenants and families seeking information.

  • Prepare materials, participate in lease signings, plan events.

Assume special projects as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1 or more years of experience required
  • MS Office, Excel, and Word 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related major
