Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Ebenezer is hiring an Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Come join the Aurora on France Nursing community in Edina, MN!
Nursing schedule includes;
Casual/On-Call Schedule
Day shift
Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Required:
Current MN RN license or by start date
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently
enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be
obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent
practice
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers

Compensation Disclaimer
This position provides one flat hourly rate, with regular reviews to ensure competitiveness with themarket. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

What you'll do
- The RN is responsible for ensuring the safety and health needs of patients in the long-term care center and transitional care unit. This includes monitoring personal cares, coordinating medications, and assessing care plans.
