Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents and a dedicated and seasoned staff! Ebenezer is looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor who monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Supervises and trains housekeeping staff. *This position is for communities that have additional oversight and support through a Campus or Corporate support.
This schedule includes:
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Day shift
- Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development and maintenance of a Preventive Maintenance Program, repairs and maintains the physical structure and grounds.
- Supervises housekeeping staff
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed
- Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per a rotating schedule
- Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
- Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years experience
- Organizational skills and attention to accuracy & detail
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be on call at least 50% of non-scheduled work time each month
- Driver's License Current Driver’s License (in good standing). Must be insurable under the employer's Auto Insurance Coverage
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Medical Exam Certification
- Must complete and pass the in-house transportation curriculum course and pass the driving evaluation. within 30 Days
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy or related field
- 3 years Three to Five Years
- Ability to use MS Office software (Word, Excel)
- Special Boiler License
- Class 2-C Boiler License 2-C

What you'll do
