Amira Choice of Roseville on lexington avenue is a beautiful, well-designed senior living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our residents. We offer 80 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our community iin Rosevilel, MN s adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN and is near public transportation making it a convenient location for our employees. Ebenezer is looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community.
This nutrition services schedule includes;
- 16 hours every two weeks
- day/evening shift
- Includes every other weekend Sat/Sunday and a holiday rotation
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
- Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
- Assists with meal prep and special events
- Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors
- Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
Preferred:
- No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff

What you'll do
- The Server/Culinary Assistant is responsible for dining room meal service to senior residents and maintaining supplies in kitchenettes. Additional duties include meal prep assistance, kitchen support, and promoting positive resident relations.
